Business Coaching

A recent study published by the International Personnel Management Association shows that where training plus coaching was compared to training alone, the combined approach increased productivity by 88% versus 22.4%.

As Business Coaches, we work with individuals in a variety of capacities to teach, guide and advise them…helping them to reach higher levels of effectiveness and a greater sense of fulfillment.  Our coaching relationship may involve a long-term commitment with meetings at agreed-upon intervals or it may lend itself to simply having us available on an as-needed basis.

Classroom Training and Development of Staff

We understand the importance of training employees!  We offer a wide array of courses for you to choose from to support the development of your people.  We have programs targeted at employees, leaders, sales professionals and customer service professionals.  Most of our courses are designed to be three to four hours in length.
