Aleta Norris has served as trainer and consultant to a wide variety of industries for more than fifteen years. Her areas of expertise fall under the broad heading of organizational development.   She has worked with organizations to maximize their human resource potential through the training and support of leaders and line employees.  She is adept at creating and integrating solutions that link corporate strategies with human capabilities.  Her light, humorous approach creates a welcoming environment for the people she supports.

Aleta began her training and consulting career in collaboration with the Wilson Learning Corporation. During more than ten years as a Wilson Learning professional, she became certified in more than two dozen key courses that deal with refinement of skills in areas of leadership, teams and sales.

Aleta graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master of Science degree in Adult Education and Organizational Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. .


Nancy Lewis has created customized solutions for business for 20 years. She has worked with organizations in financial services, manufacturing, the print media and utilities. She specializes in managing culture change, maximizing productivity and performance, and developing leaders, teams and sales forces. She is an excellent program designer and facilitator.

Nancy began her training career as a training manager at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC) in Milwaukee, WI. In that capacity, she created a very successful training and consulting service to enhance customer relationships.

In the early 90’s, Nancy became Director of Training at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Inc. She established a company-wide training function which focused on leadership development, staff development and sales skills development.  Nancy has been consulting to clients as a business owner for the past eight years.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development and  Training, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
